Monday:	I'm lecturing a single guy squandering his meager down payment on art from "Around the Coyote".
Tuesday:	I'm talking with muscled-up hard hats at our Madison Ave. development.
Wednesday:	I'm sharing borscht with a Ukrainian lady in her kitchen trying to figure out how her family can afford a home in Smith Park.
Thursday:	I'm grinding numbers with a first-time investor dreaming opf retirement.
Friday:	I'm playing tennis at Midtown and trying to ignore my cell phone - for at least a day.

The bottom line is - helping people is what we do at Vintage Realty. Whatever it takes to get the job done, we do it. And we enjoy ourselves while we're doing it.
